When will the winners of the contest be announced?
If the contest is hosted by Pro Photo Supply, the winners are usually announced a month after the submission deadline on our Facebook and website. If the contest is sponsored by Pro Photo Supply, the winner announcement is dependent on the organization hosting the event and dates may vary.

Help! I can't select a contest or category from the upload page.
Because of the frequent updates from browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Google Chrome, occasionally the upload page will not be supported or function correctly. To fix this, simply launch the upload page in a different browser and try again. If this does not solve your problem, please email us for more assistance.

I've uploaded my photos but I haven't received an email confirmation?
Please check your spam inbox to make sure your email confirmation wasn't accidentally moved there. The email will come from prophotosupply.contests@gmail.com with a subject line of "Photo uploaded to Pro Photo Supply."If you don't find it, please email us and we'll check to make sure your photos were uploaded and your email address was submitted correctly.

I accidentally added an image in the wrong category, how can I fix this?
You can remove your image by clicking the removal link located in your confirmation email. After removing it, simply re-upload your entry in the right category and you'll receive a new confirmation.
