Lifetime Reflections Photo Contest
		Call For Entries 2nd Annual 2010 Photo Competition! Elders in Action invites interested photographers to submit entries to our second annual benefit photo contest celebrating the vitality, courage, wit and beauty of time-honored people. Through your creativity, help us forge a different perspective on aging. Be inspirational!! DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: April 16, 2010 Categories: Elder Portraits Elders & Youth Elders in Motion Creative force of Elders Contest Prizes 1st Place: $500 Gift Card for Pro Photo Supply 2nd Place: $300 Gift Card for Pro Photo Supply 3rd Place: $200 Gift Card for Pro Photo Supply 4 Honorable Mentions: $25 Gift Card for Pro Photo Supply

All winners will be featured in the Elders in Action newsletter, and on our website, www.eldersinaction.org. All prizes are courtesy of Pro Photo Supply and SunMan Media. Judging will take place in April, and winners will be notified shortly after the deadline. We will present awards to winners at Elders in Action’s new city-wide event – Grand Works Northwest Art Festival, on May 22nd.

Rules & Requirements:

• Send any size photograph up to 8x12 (no slides, photocopies, or digital files).
• Label each photograph with entry form with submitters name, address, phone number, and email.
• Include a $10 suggested donation for up to 5 photos. Checks should be written to Elders in Action. Proceeds support our programs assisting time-honored citizens.

Deadline: Entries must be received by April 16 no later than 5:30 pm at either:

• Elders in Action 1411 SW Morrison Ave., Ste. 290, Portland, OR 97205 or
• Pro Photo Supply 1112 NW 19th (at Marshall), Portland, OR 97209

Winners will be notified by phone.

All entries become the property of Elders in Action which may, at its discretion, copy, edit, publish, use, adapt, or modify entries in any manner, in any media, without limitation. Entries may be placed on public display. Submitter does not relinquish rights to use photo in any way. Entrants take full responsibility for legal compliance, and obtaining release forms if needed.
