Brief Bio:
Daniel J. Dinges was born in 1953 in Portland, OR. He was raised on a farm in Oregon's Willamette Valley and began his photography at age 15. After graduating from Woodburn High School in 1972, he learned the trade of photography from master photographer Richard Stefani. From 1972 to 1980, Daniel began making a living from photography and since 1980, has been operating a commercial studio (www.idaniels.com) in Woodburn, OR. In his spare time, he photographs nature with large format 5x7 and 4x5 cameras. All prints are hand made genuine cibachrome. He shoots film with no filters and no digital retouching our enhancements.
