Used equipment purchased from Pro Photo Supply, Inc. may be returned for full credit if any mechanical or optical problems are discovered by the customer. The period of time for return of used items is 10 days.
Unopened Box Returns / Exchanges
Equipment returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. To qualify for full refund, all packaging seals must be undamaged, product must be in new condition accompanied by receipt.
Open Box Returns / Exchanges
Equipment returns will be accepted up to 30 days* from date of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for open box returns.
Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, and must meet the requirements listed above. No fees will be charged for defective items.
Paper and Ink
As we cannot guarantee the condition of film, photo paper, and chemistry once it has left our store, we do not accept returns of these items. We cannot accept returns of opened printer paper or ink.
Most merchandise sold by Pro Photo Supply, Inc. comes with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. Computer equipment and software programs may also include a software license between the manufacturer and the customer. As between the Customer and Pro Photo Supply, Inc. all merchandise is sold AS IS, without warranty. Pro Photo Supply, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the merchandise identified on the reverse hereof. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. A copy of the applicable warranty is available for inspection prior to the sale upon request.
Limitation of Warranty
Pro Photo Supply, Inc. shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the sale including but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages.
Cost and Expenses of Collection (Pro Accounts Only)
In the event that the Customer fails to make full payment for the products and/or services provided by Pro Photo Supply, Inc. in the manner and within the time specified by Pro Photo Supply, Inc., Customer shall be liable to Pro Photo Supply, Inc. for payment of all costs and expenses incurred by Pro Photo Supply, Inc. in seeking collection of the amounts owed by the Customer, including but not limited to the costs of collection agencies and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by Pro Photo Supply, Inc.
These Terms and Conditions and the sales contract formed between the parties shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon (without giving effect to its rules of conflict of laws).
