We strive to provide the service, expertise, and products to help our customers fully realize their creative visions.

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, we are focusing on the health of our community and staff. We are adding items from our extensive inventory every day so that you may shop safely and have items shipped directly. Let us know if you can't find what you need. We most likely have it in stock or can place an order for you.

We’ll make sure to keep you updated as the situation is continuously changing. We appreciate all of you and your support.

Expanded Hours for the Store and Photo Lab

Starting Monday, June 22, our store and photo lab will expand their hours from Monday-Friday 10-6pm and Saturday 10-5pm to accommodate our customer needs. Our Rental Department will stay at their current hours of Monday-Friday 10-4pm.

We will continue to implement a safe shopping experience in all departments, including the requirement of face masks for both employees and customers. If you can't or don't feel comfortable shopping in-person, you can still place an order online and have it ship direct to you or pick-up in store! We want to take care of one another, and this will help prevent the spread of this pandemic. If you have any questions about safety while shopping at Pro Photo Supply, let us know.

All Departments Open

Starting Friday, May 15, you will be able to come into our locations and shop safely with in-store and curbside pickup - you can still place an order online too!

We are taking the state precautions seriously to ensure everyone's safety. We are making our curbside and in-store experience as safe as possible. When you come into our stores, our employees will be wearing face coverings, and we require that you wear one, too. We want to take care of one another, and this will help prevent the spread of this pandemic.

If you are unable to wear a face covering, we can do the shopping for you, deliver your items curbside, or ship it direct. If you have any questions about safety while shopping at Pro Photo Supply, let us know.

When are your open hours?

Store & Photo Lab

Monday - Friday 10am-6pm & Saturday 10am-5pm

Rental Department

How are your locations practicing physical distancing?

The store will be limited to 8 customers in the building at a time.

The Photo Lab will be limited to 2 customers in the building at a time. Our film drop box will still be in action, so feel free to drop off film anytime.

The rental department will be limited to 2 customers in the lobby at a time.

X marks will be placed at the door and cashier stations to remind people of physical distancing.

How do I submit my Photo Lab order?

Use our new online ordering process here!

In-house C-41 film processing services have a turnaround time of 5 business days.

Black and white, E-6, and sheet film may take up to 14 business days to process. Please call if you have any questions or contact us at lab@prophotosupply.com

Is Pro Photo Supply still accepting repairs?

We currently are not accepting repairs at the moment. If you have any questions, email repairs@prophotosupply.com

Are you currently renting?

Our rental department is handling a smaller amount of reservations than normal. Reach them between 10am-5pm Monday- Friday at (503) 517-3637 or rental@prophotosupply.com.
