Special Order Policy

What is a special order?

Any product labeled “Special Order” on our website is a special order. We do no routinely carry stock on these products and will place an order for it on your behalf.

How do I cancel my order?

Because of the nature of these orders you will need to contact our customer service team at sales@prophotosupply.com to request a cancellation.

What happens when I cancel my order?

Once we’ve received your cancellation request we will refund your original payment method, minus a 5% cancellation fee. If you have paid using a credit or debit card this refund may take 7 to 10 days to appear on your statement. It may take longer and your financial institution can help you inquire further.
