Purchasing Items That Are Not In Stock

Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items

We require full payment for all items when you place your order. This allows us to reserve the item for you and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Pre-order

This is for an item a manufacturer has announced but isn't available to the public yet.

Out Of Stock

This means we don't have the item in our store right now. Your order will reserve it for you before it becomes available to others.

Delivery Time

Because of the types of products we sell, manufacturing and shipping can sometimes take several months. Delivery times vary, so please ask our customer service team for an estimate before you order.

Cancelling Your Order

To cancel, please contact our customer service team at sales@prophotosupply.com, use our website chat during business hours, or call us at 503.241.1112.

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel your order, we will refund your original payment method, but there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement. Your bank can provide more details.

Shop Pay Installments

If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.
