Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from when you buy an item to return it. There may be a fee of up to 15% to restock the item. You have to return all of the original packaging with the item you are returning.

We cannot accept returns for film, photo paper, or chemistry once they've left our store.

If an item is defective, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase. There's no fee for exchanges of defective items.

All used items are final sale. However, if a used item has mechanical or optical problems, you can return it within 14 days.

Cash refunds will be given as a business check, which may take 3-5 business days to process. Other payment methods will be refunded to the original payment method.

Camera Services

We clean camera sensors, but please know this is done at your own risk. We will do our very best to prevent any damage.

We don't do camera repairs in house. We are more than happy to help you with warranty repairs performed by the manufacturers we sell.

When your camera service is complete, we'll let you know in writing to pick up your item.

You have 30 days from that notice to pick up your item.

If you don't pick up your item within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and will become our property. Once deemed property of Pro Photo Supply, we can sell, donate or dispose of said property as we see fit.

Photo Lab Services

We can only refund the cost of the service itself (developing, scanning, printing).

We can’t cover other losses, like the cost of re-shooting a wedding, travel, or missed opportunities.

Film inherently has its own risks (like age, defects, susceptibility to environmental factors, or damage before processing). By bringing it to us, you agree that our responsibility ends with the service fees you paid.

In other words: we’ll always handle your film with care, but we can’t promise to replace once-in-a-lifetime photos if something goes wrong.

Photo Lab Refunds

Refunds for photo lab products are not issued based on subjective preferences or dissatisfaction with the creative outcome, as these products are made to order.

We strongly recommend ordering a test print or consulting with our staff to ensure your satisfaction before placing a full order.

Full payment is collected for developing and scanning and/or printing each roll of film.

If a roll cannot be scanned due to issues in the development process resulting in no image, we will refund the development and scanning and/or printing charges for that roll.

If a roll you provide to us for scanning and/or printing is unexposed, we will refund the scanning charges for that roll.

Education and Event Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the start of the event and are not available after the event.

Some events may require more than 48 hours notice for a refund request. The specifics of those refund windows will be noted in the event listing.

If Pro Photo Supply is a sponsor rather than the host, refund and cancellation policies may differ. Please review the ticket provider’s terms and conditions.

Eventbrite fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

No-Shows are not eligible for refund

Refunds are not available once the event has occurred.

We encourage you to let us know about scheduling conflicts as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

For events that include custom printed materials:

Our lab prepares prints 48–72 hours prior to the event date. Refunds cannot be issued after printing has begun.
